Aviva Global Services operates out of a space in Austin Town, specifically on the 7th Cross in Rose Garden. Austin Town has its own unique character, very different from the newer parts of the city. The streets can be quite narrow, and it’s a bit of a challenge to park sometimes, but it’s a lively area to work in. Our office isn’t huge, just enough space for us to get our service work done without getting in each other's way. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve grown to like the local atmosphere. You’ve got the football stadium nearby and lots of small shops that have been there forever. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have the usual computers and a couple of fans that stay on all day. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go in for fancy decor or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure we get through our queue of work. The team is small, so everyone knows what needs to happen. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the life of the street outside, but we’re used to it by now. It feels like a real part of the city, not some isolated office park. We’re just a regular business doing our thing in a neighborhood we know well.
