You can find Avitec Innovations over in Jayanagar 4th Block. We are at No 08 on 39th A Cross, right near 11th Main. If you know Bangalore, you know this area has a lot of trees and a bit of that old-school feel compared to the newer parts of the city. Our office is a simple setup. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant; we are just focused on doing good work in the innovation space. The team is small, and we’ve been working together for a bit. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and talking about the projects on our plates. It’s a lot of trial and error here. Sometimes things work on the first try, but usually, it takes a few goes to get the technology behaving properly. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If there is a problem, we just talk it out across the desks. The 4th Block is a nice place to be because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby when we need a break from the screens. We keep the doors open and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We just want to build things that actually work and help people out. It’s honest work, and we are happy to be doing it from this little corner of Jayanagar. It's a comfortable spot for us.
