Avis

Our place is located at number 16 on the 1st Cross near Kullapa Circle in Bangalore. It is a very local neighborhood, and everyone around here knows the circle as a main landmark. Avis has been operating from this small building for a while now. It is a simple setup, nothing like those big corporate headquarters you see in the tech parks. We have a small ground floor space where we keep our records and a few desks for the staff. The street outside is usually narrow and packed with bikes, so getting a car through can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have got a small team here, and we mostly just focus on keeping things moving. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old ledgers, but we know where everything is. It is the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to someone without having to go through three security checks. The air is always filled with the smell of the nearby food stalls, which is great around lunchtime. We do not have fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It is just a basic, functional office that serves its purpose. Most of our neighbors are small shops or local residents, so it feels very much like being part of a community rather than just a business. We like the simplicity of it. It works well enough for what we need.
