This little spot is located at House 60/1 in Nagashettyhalli, right on the Boopasandra Main Road. It’s actually part of the Rmv 2nd Stage area in Bangalore 94. We share the space with the house owners, so it’s not your typical big glass office you see in the city center. Most days start early with us checking the cars parked out front or down the street where there is more room. It can get pretty dusty with all the construction happening nearby, so someone is always out there with a cloth. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the logbooks on the desk. The office itself is small, just enough space for a couple of chairs and the computer. Since we are tucked away near the Nanjamma residence, people sometimes miss the turn, but once they find us, it’s easy. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet except for the commute times. We’ve been operating from this part of Bangalore for a while now. Dealing with the traffic on Boopasandra Main Road is just part of the job. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up, but we sort through it eventually. It’s just a handful of us working here, trying to make sure the keys are ready when people show up to pick up their ride for the day or the week. We keep a cooler of water for when it gets hot and the fans are always spinning to keep the air moving.
