Avion Network

Avion Network is based right here in Bangalore. Massive buildings with names in lights aren't our thing. We just operate out of a regular workspace in the city. Being in Karnataka means we’re in the middle of all the tech stuff, but we try to keep things simple. Networking and communications work is what we deal with daily. Usually, our days are filled with checking connections and making sure data is moving the way it should. It’s a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people. We aren't a big corporation with a thousand rules. It’s just a small team of us who know how to fix things when they break. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people smiling. We’re usually just hunched over our screens or dealing with some hardware issue. The office is a bit messy sometimes with spare parts and boxes everywhere. As long as the work gets finished, the messy office doesn't bother us much. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so we’re just happy when everyone makes it in on time. We don't have meetings about synergy or any of that. We just talk about what needs fixing and get to it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and work.
