Avijit Dey

You can find me over at No. 30 on 2nd Cross in Kirloskar Colony. It’s right there in Basaveshwar Nagar, basically behind the HDFC Bank, which is usually the easiest way to tell people how to find us. I’m Avijit Dey and I’ve been working out of this spot in Bangalore for some time now. The street can get pretty crowded with parked cars, especially in the afternoons, so I usually try to get my errands done early. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace with a few chairs and a table that’s seen better days. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the usual routine of answering calls and sorting through the paperwork that piles up on the shelf. The neighborhood is mostly families and small shops, so it feels quite local and friendly. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask about the mail. It’s a bit of a maze around Shankarmatt if you aren't used to the turns, but once you find the bank, you’re basically here. I handle most of the things myself, so if the door is locked, I’m probably just out getting some chai or at the post office down the road. There isn't a big corporate vibe here at all, just me and the work that needs to get finished by the end of the week. It’s a practical way to run things and it works for me without needing any big office rules.
