Aviance Software India Pvt Ltd is located in BTM 1st Stage, Bangalore. We are right by Sai PG, which is a big landmark in this area. If you’ve spent any time in BTM, you know it’s full of young people and software folks. Our office is in a building managed by Geetha. It’s a typical BTM setup—not very large, but we make the most of the space. We have computers everywhere and wires running along the walls. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a working mess. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hi. The best thing about being in BTM 1st Stage is the food. There are so many small eateries and juice shops nearby. We often head out for a quick break and end up talking about code over a plate of idlis. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just focus on the software projects we have on hand. Some days are long, and we stay until the streetlights are bright outside. Other days are quieter. We like the flexibility of being a small company. It feels real. No one is pretending to be something they aren't. We just do our jobs and go home. That is really all there is to our daily routine.
