Avgmentun Software Pvt Ltd is a small place located at 1 BTM 1st Stage. We don't have a giant office or a big fancy lobby, just a room with some good computers and people who know how to use them. Being in BTM means there is always somewhere to get a quick snack or a tea when we need to step away from the screens for a minute. The work we do is mostly about writing code and fixing bugs, which can take a long time and a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but we don't mind it too much. The neighborhood is full of young people and other tech shops, so it feels like the right place for us. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that; we just sit down and get the work done. The chairs might be a little worn out, and the walls could probably use some new paint, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep the lights on. It is a simple life, focused on the logic on the screen and the daily grind of the software world. We spend most of our time thinking through problems and typing away while the city hums outside our window. It’s quiet in here mostly.
