Aves Hornbill Software Innovation Labs Private Limited

Aves Hornbill Software Innovation Labs is tucked away in Rajeshree Layout. We are in Flat 101, House 67 of the Lakshmi Venkata Sadan building. This is in Munnekollala, near Marathahalli. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around here. The building is a typical residential apartment where we’ve converted a unit into our workspace. It feels very much like a home. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much tea. The living room area is where most of the computers are. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have any flashy signs or corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a place where some tech-minded people gather to solve problems. Marathahalli is a busy hub, but our little corner in Munnekollala is slightly quieter. We’ve got a lot of cables running across the floor and our desks are covered in notes. We don't really do formal meetings. If someone has an idea, we just talk across the room. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We focus on the work at hand and try not to get distracted by the chaos of Bangalore outside. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just do our bit and keep moving forward every day. The balcony has a few plants we try to keep alive.
