Avention Technologies Private Limited

Avention Technologies is located on the second floor at No. 2, 13th Cross Service Road. We are right in the middle of HSR Layout’s 6th Sector. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the service road outside. Cars and delivery bikes are constantly zooming by. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few shelves for books and manuals, and our computers. It’s not the kind of place with a lounge or a gym. We come here to work. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and someone complaining about a bug. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small outfit. Being in HSR means we are close to everything, which is helpful. There’s a lot of energy in this neighborhood. We usually grab food from the stalls around the corner. It’s a messy, lived-in kind of office. We have papers stacked up and probably too many power strips on the floor. It’s how we like it though. We don't have to put on a show for anyone. We just deal with the tech stuff and try to stay ahead of our deadlines. It’s a practical space for practical people. No frills, just hard work and a lot of hours spent staring at screens. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due soon.
