Avant Grade Hospitality

We are based over at P 900/8 in Prasad Enclave, which is right by the Air Force Station in Jalahalli West. Being in this part of Bangalore gives our work a specific kind of feel. We handle hospitality services, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about food, rooms, and how to keep things clean. It is a practical business. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. Our space is more functional and straightforward. Most of the people we interact with are either connected to the station or live in the nearby residential blocks. Every morning starts with a check of the inventory and seeing what needs to be ordered for the day. We have a small staff of local workers who show up early to get things ready. It is a lot of physical work sometimes, moving supplies or setting up spaces. We don't spend much time on the internet or doing fancy promotions. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. The weather in Jalahalli is usually a bit cooler because of the trees, which is nice. We just try to be reliable and do what is expected of us. It is a job that requires a lot of patience and paying attention to small details that other people might miss. We have been doing this for a while and have settled into a good routine that works for everyone here.
