Avani Shelters

Our office at Avani Shelters is in Basaveshwaranagar, right on 10th B Main in the 4th Block. It is a nice part of Bangalore, though the traffic on the main roads can be a real nightmare during the rush hours. We have been working out of this spot at No. 796 for a while now. Most of what we do involves buildings and finding shelters for people. Clients come in to look at blueprints or just to talk about where they want to live. It is a lot of talk about square footage, brick quality, and cement prices. We have a small space where we keep all the site photos and some samples of tiles and bathroom fittings. It is not a polished showroom with bright lights. It is more of a working office where there is often a bit of dust on the floor from the site visits we just came back from. We spend a lot of time out in the sun at different construction stages, so when we get back here, we just want to sit under the fan and finish the paperwork. The 3rd Stage area has changed quite a bit since we first started. We see new buildings going up everywhere you look. We just focus on our own projects and try to make sure things are built solid. It is a lot of coordinating with contractors and checking on the workers. We are just local people building things.
