Our office is located at 46 and 47 in the SP Plaza right here in Bangalore City. It’s a typical commercial building where everyone is always in a hurry. We’ve got two units joined together to make enough room for all the computers and desks we need for the daily operations at Avances Infotech. The hallways in SP Plaza can be a bit narrow and crowded, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out for tea. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and troubleshooting various things that come our way. It’s not the quietest office because there is always some noise coming from the neighboring shops or the street traffic outside. We don’t go in for anything flashy in terms of decor; it’s mostly just functional chairs and cables running along the walls. Most of us have been working together for a good bit now, so we have a rhythm that works. The tea stall downstairs is where we end up most afternoons to take a break from the monitors. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the internet acts up, which is just part of living in the city, but we manage to get through it. It’s a decent spot for a tech business if you like being in the heart of the action and don't mind the bustle.
