We are located right on OTC Road in Chickpet, at number 1094. Most people around here know us because we’ve been dealing with computers and tech stuff for a while now. It’s a busy area, and our shop is usually full of parts and cables. We handle all sorts of computer repairs and sometimes people just come in asking for a specific cable or a motherboard they can't find elsewhere. It gets a bit crowded inside but that’s just how things are in Chickpet. We don’t have fancy displays or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us working on laptops or helping someone pick out a new hard drive. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we’re used to it. We try to get things done as fast as we can because we know how it feels when your computer stops working. If you are walking down OTC Road, you will see our sign. We do a lot of hardware troubleshooting and software installs too. It's not a big corporate setup, just a local spot where we know our customers by name. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair. We've seen all kinds of tech problems over the years, from spilled tea on keyboards to total system crashes. We just keep at it every day. It's a simple business, really. We fix things and sell what people need for their computers and laptops. We just try to keep things running for our neighbors.
