Avalon Aviation Academy

You can find us at Madhu Nivas in Hanumanthappa Garden, which is over in the Neelasandra area of Bangalore. We’ve been running this academy for a while, focusing on training people for jobs in the aviation industry. It isn't a huge campus; it’s more of a practical training center set up in a residential building. We have classrooms where students learn about ground handling, cabin crew work, and other airport jobs. It’s always interesting to see young people coming in with big dreams of flying or working at an international airport. The office stays pretty busy with enrollments and classes going on throughout the day. Neelasandra is a crowded part of town, so there is always something happening right outside our windows. We try to keep things grounded and tell our students what the job is really like—it’s not all glamour, there is a lot of hard work involved. We have some posters of planes and uniforms on the walls to give it the right feel. It’s a small team of instructors here, and we all have a bit of experience in the field. We don't make big promises, we just provide the lessons and help the students practice their skills. It’s a simple setup at Madhu Nivas, but it serves its purpose for the folks in Bangalore looking to get into the airline business. We enjoy seeing the students move on to their first real jobs.
