You can find us at No.206 Raheja Plaza on Commissariat Road. It is a pretty standard office building and we are just one of the many businesses inside. Autodesk India P.Ltd. has been in this spot for a while now. The view from our windows is mostly of the other buildings and the busy road below where the traffic is almost always jammed up. Inside, it looks like a regular office with rows of computers and those spinning chairs that sometimes squeak. We have a small break area where the coffee machine lives and that is usually the place where we catch up on news or talk about the weather. It is a bit more formal than a street-side shop but it still has a human feel because we keep photos of our families on our desks and have plants that we forget to water sometimes. The security guards at the front gate know us all by name and we usually say hello when we come in every morning. We deal with a lot of software stuff on the screens all day, which can be tiring for the eyes, so we take short walks around the plaza when we get a chance. It is a quiet place to work compared to the rest of Bangalore. We just focus on our tasks and try to make sure everything runs smoothly before the weekend rolls around.
