Auto Engineering Works

Our workshop is located at Lalbagh West 2. We have been here for quite a while now, focusing on auto engineering works. It is the kind of place where you are going to see some oil on the floor and a bit of dust on the shelves. We are not a fancy showroom. We are a place where things actually get worked on and fixed. The air usually smells like metal and old grease, which is just how it is in this line of work. We have a variety of machines and tools, some of which are pretty old but they still get the job done better than some of the new stuff. It is a small team of us working here. We don't have a big office or a place for people to sit and wait in comfort. Most people just drop off whatever they need us to look at and then come back later. To be honest, it gets quite loud during the day with all the grinding and hammering going on. We are right in the heart of Lalbagh West, so it is a convenient spot for people in this part of the city. We don't do any fancy advertising or have a big sign. People just know us because we’ve been here so long. It is hard work and our hands are usually dirty by the end of the day, but we prefer it that way. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
