Australia Roadshow

We set up the Australia Roadshow at the Grand Ashok Hotel on Kumara Krupa Road. It is a central spot in Bangalore 560001 that most people know how to find. We are usually there between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM during the events. It is a temporary setup in one of the hotel halls. We spend a lot of time moving tables around and setting up the displays so everything looks alright. It is not a permanent office, just a place where we host folks for the day. The Grand Ashok is an older hotel and it has a certain feel to it that we like. Kumara Krupa Road can get quite crowded with cars, especially around lunch time. We spend most of our hours talking to visitors and answering the same questions over and over. It is a lot of standing and walking around the carpeted floors. We don't have any big speeches or corporate presentations. We just stay at our stations and wait for people to stop by. By the time 5:00 PM rolls around, we are usually pretty tired and ready to pack up the boxes. It is a straightforward way to run a roadshow without too much fuss. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the schedule slips a little bit. It is just the way these things go. We enjoy being in this part of Bangalore even if it is just for a short while.
