We are located at 117 on 8th Cross in Rashad Naagar, right near the Arabic College Post in Bangalore. The area is always humming with people moving around and students from the nearby college. Our office is a modest space where we manage various business systems for our clients. We have been in this part of town for a while now. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a door that sticks when the humidity is high. We have desks shoved into corners and shelves overflowing with manuals and papers. Most of the day is spent answering emails or troubleshooting things over the phone. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We have a small balcony where a couple of us go to get some air when the office feels too small. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We deal with a lot of different people, and every day brings a new set of problems to solve. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make us look polished. It is just us, trying to stay on top of the workload. Sometimes we get behind, and we have to put in extra hours on Saturdays. That is just the way it is when you are running a small operation like this one.
