Our office is located in the BDA Apartments, specifically unit MF-14/3. This is in the BTM Layout, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. We are right off Bannerghatta Road, which is always packed with cars and buses. Being in a BDA complex means it’s a bit older and has that lived-in feel. We handle travel stuff here at Auriga Travels. People come by sometimes, but a lot of what we do is over the phone or computer. The space is a bit tight with all the maps and files we have lying around. Bangalore-76 is a busy postcode. You can hear the noise from Bannerghatta Road all day long. It’s just part of the background now. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. It’s not a fancy travel agency with big posters of beaches on the glass. It’s more of a functional space where we get the bookings sorted and handle the logistics for trips. The tea guy comes around in the afternoon, which is usually the highlight of the day for us. We try to keep things simple. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are and what we do. It’s a steady pace of work, and we like it that way. We make sure everything is ready for the clients before they leave.
