Auriga Travels is based over in Basaveshwaranagar, in the 3rd Stage, 3rd Block. We are on the 6th Main, right in No. 447, which is called Vinayaka Nilaya. It’s a residential building that we use for the travel business. Basaveshwaranagar is a great area because it’s got a lot of greenery and feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our days are filled with looking at maps, checking schedules, and talking to people about where they want to go. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure all the small details are right so nobody gets stuck somewhere they don't want to be. The office is comfortable but definitely not a corporate showroom. We have stacks of itineraries and some old travel posters on the walls. Most of the people who work here have been in the travel game for a long time, so we know the tricks of the trade. It’s a bit of a family feel in the office. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the latest changes in the industry. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don’t have any fancy slogans or big mission statements. We just show up, answer the phones, and help people get their travel plans sorted from our little corner of Bangalore.
