August Venture Pvt Ltd

Our office is over on Campbell Road in Austin Town. It’s a pretty decent spot, right across from the hospital, so there’s always something going on outside. August Venture has been based here at 17/1 for a while. It’s an older part of town, which we kind of like because it feels more like a real neighborhood than those shiny new business parks. We spend most of our time dealing with various projects and keeping the paperwork in order. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, and there are a couple of small shops nearby where we grab lunch. Sometimes the sirens from the hospital get a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our space isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders stacked up. It’s just a normal workplace where we show up, do our tasks, and try to stay on top of things. We aren't big on formalities here, so the vibe is pretty relaxed. People stop by occasionally, usually looking for directions because they got turned around on the way to the hospital. We just point them across the street and get back to what we were doing. It’s a simple operation we’ve got going, and we’re quite happy being tucked away here in Austin Town, away from the more chaotic parts of the city center.
