Atheena Group is located right near the Banaswadi Junction, on the 1st Avenue just off the Outer Ring Road. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a bit much, but it’s a busy, lively place to be. We are at number 18. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. Most of the time, we are busy coordinating with people on different sites or answering questions from folks who walk in. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The air conditioning hums in the background while we try to get through the day's tasks. We aren't into fancy titles or big meetings. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure the details are right. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on. The view out the window is mostly just cars moving along the ring road. We’ve been in Banaswadi for a bit now and we like the rhythm of the place. It feels like a real working neighborhood. People here are busy, and so are we. We just handle property stuff and keep things moving. There’s always someone stopping by with a question about a plot or a building. We just tell them what we know. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. No fluff, just work for the sake of getting it right.
