Aswathy Ventures

Our office is over in CV Raman Nagar, at number 3. It’s a decent area with plenty of trees, which makes the walk to work a bit nicer in the mornings. Aswathy Ventures isn't a huge operation. We are just a small group of people working out of a few rooms in the building. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the corner and a lot of paperwork spread across the desks. We deal with various tasks throughout the week, depending on what needs attention. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and other times it’s quite quiet and we can just get on with our filing and computer work. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we are always busy. We know the security guard at the gate and the folks in the office next door. It feels like a little community here. People come by for meetings or just to drop off documents they need us to look at. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements outside. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just knowing we are here. It’s a practical way to work. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the day. When the clock hits five, we usually start tidying up and head out. It’s a steady rhythm.
