Our place is at No. 14 Vigneshwara Street, which is part of Bank Avenue in Babusapalya. It’s near the Kalyananagar Post Office area, so mail usually gets to us eventually. The office is just a regular house converted for work. We like it because it feels more comfortable than those huge office parks. Bangalore 560043 is a big area, but our little corner is relatively calm. We started Astraleap because we had some ideas we wanted to try out. Most of the time we are just sitting in front of screens, typing away. It isn't very exciting to watch. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in t-shirts and jeans. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids play cricket outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don’t mind. It feels like a real community. We handle our own paperwork and keep the office running ourselves. There isn't a manager for every small thing. We just talk to each other and get it done. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. We've been at this for a while and the routine is pretty set now. We just focus on the daily tasks and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way home.
