At Aster Realty Development Pvt Ltd, we have our office at 902 Mahathma Gandhi Road in the Dahanukar Wadi area, near the New Link Road. It’s a busy part of the world to be in, and we spend most of our time looking at maps and construction plans. Developing property isn't as glamorous as people think; it involves a lot of sitting in traffic to get to different sites and then spending hours talking to contractors about bricks and sand. We deal with a lot of different people, from folks looking for their first flat to workers who are actually doing the building. The MG Road location is convenient for meetings, but the noise of the New Link Road is something we’ve had to get used to over time. We aren't a corporate giant with glass walls; we’re just a small team trying to get these projects finished so people can actually move in. There are always delays with permits or the weather, and we have to manage all of that while keeping our heads on straight. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just staring at spreadsheets to make sure the costs aren't spiraling out of control. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes, but we just take it step by step and try to get things done right without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been in the neighborhood long enough to know how things work.
