Asst Manager

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of a building in Brindhavan Layout. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy L B Shastri Nagar can get, especially around 1st Mainroad. We are at number 42, and it’s a pretty standard workspace. There isn't much to say about the decor because we focus more on the tasks at hand. As an assistant manager here, I spend a lot of my time dealing with paperwork, talking to the team, and making sure the daily operations don't fall apart. It’s a mix of small desks, computers, and the smell of coffee from the little break area we have. People come and go throughout the day, and sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can barely hear yourself think. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, it’s just us trying to stay on top of the emails and the meetings that never seem to end. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved into this 2nd-floor spot. There are more shops and apartments now, which makes finding parking a real headache for anyone visiting. We just try to keep things organized and get through the to-do list before the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward life in a busy corner of the city, and we like the fact that everything we need is right within walking distance for the staff.
