Associate Manager In Dominos Pizza

I work as an associate manager over at the Dominos Pizza location here in Tirunelveli. Our spot is at 941-H on 7th Street in T.V.S. Nagar. It is right in the Maharaja Nagar Post area, which is a pretty active part of town. The address is quite a mouthful when you have to write it down on forms, but locally everyone knows where 7th Street is. Being in Tamilnadu, the weather gets quite hot, so the air conditioning in the shop is a lifesaver for all of us working the shifts. My job involves a lot of standing around and making sure the kitchen is moving and the drivers are getting out on time. It is not always easy, especially on Friday nights when everyone wants a pizza at the same time. We have a small team here, mostly local guys from around Tirunelveli who are just looking to make a living. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work. I spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the dough is fresh. We get all sorts of customers coming in, from students to big families. It is a bit of a hectic life, but I like being busy. The street outside can get pretty jammed with scooters, but that is just how it is in this part of the city. We just try to keep the ovens hot and the orders moving for everyone in the neighborhood.
