Asscent Infoserve

If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in Shankarappa Lane, right in the Annasandrapalya neighborhood of Bangalore. We are near the H.A.L Post, which is a busy part of the city. I’m S V Ananda, and I run Asscent Infoserve from this spot. It’s not a big tech park office with glass elevators. It’s a local place where we handle information services and help folks with their computer needs. Most days, the phone is ringing with someone having a technical issue or needing a bit of help with data. I’ve been in this lane for a long time, and people know me as the guy who sorts out their tech problems. It’s a small team, usually just me and a couple of others. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a lot of cables and screens. The Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, but once you get into the lane, it’s a bit quieter. I’ve got my mobile number out there because that’s how people reach me. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth in Annasandrapalya is usually enough to keep us busy. It’s honest work, helping local businesses and neighbors stay connected. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without overcomplicating things with tech jargon. If it takes an hour to fix, I'll tell you that. We just keep it real and work through the pile of tasks each day.
