This branch of the business is set up in Naayanapura, specifically at 11 Giddammal Layout. Bangalore is a big city, and we found this spot to be quite decent for our daily operations. We deal with tech stuff, mostly the hands-on side of things where we help people with their equipment or software needs. It is a plain setup. No big decorations or anything like that. We spend most of the day at our desks or out at client sites. The layout here is mostly residential, so it stays a bit quieter than the main roads. We like that. It helps us focus on the troubleshooting and the coding we have to do. We started small and stayed that way on purpose. It is easier to talk to people directly when you don't have too many layers of management in the way. If a customer has a question, they just talk to whoever is available at the desk. We don't have a big marketing department or sales team. People just know we are here in Naayanapura. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years. More buildings are coming up every month. We just keep doing what we do, fixing things and setting up systems for those who need it. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning till night. We have been here long enough to know most of the neighbors now.
