You can find Asm Technologies Ltd at 409, 1st E Main, over in the 8th Block of Koramangala. Being in Koramangala means we are right in the heart of the Bangalore tech scene, but our specific street is a bit more tucked away. The office is a regular building where we have set up our workstations and servers. It is the 560095 area, and if you know this part of town, you know it is full of cafes and other startups. Our space is pretty functional. We have got some old desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We do not spend much on decor or fancy lights because we are mostly focused on the screens and the software we are working on. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just standard for this area. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We usually eat lunch together or head out to one of the small eateries nearby. It is a busy atmosphere but not in a corporate way. More like a group of people just trying to solve problems and get through the day's tasks. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so many of us stay late to avoid the worst of it.
