Asm Technologies Ltd

We kind of split our time between two big cities. Some of us are down in Bangalore and the rest are up in Mumbai. It makes for a lot of phone calls and messages going back and forth for Asm Technologies Ltd. It’s not always the easiest way to run things, but it’s how we’ve always done it since we started. In Bangalore, the weather is usually better for a walk, but Mumbai has that energy that you can’t really find anywhere else. We don’t have one big central fancy headquarters. Instead, we just have these two hubs where we get things done. It feels more like a small family business even though we’re in two different places. We handle a lot of the tech side of things, mostly sitting in front of monitors and talking through problems. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look to the outside world. We’re just regular people who know a lot about technology. Sometimes the Mumbai crew complains about the rain and the Bangalore team complains about the traffic, but we all get along well enough. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just provide what’s needed and keep moving forward. It’s a lot of logistics and staying on top of the latest things. We’ve been at this for a while now and we’re just happy to keep the lights on and the work coming in through the door.
