Ashu Advertisers is based on the first floor at 126/7 on Dr DVG Road. This is right in the middle of Gandhi Bazaar in Basavanagudi. If you know Bangalore, you know how packed this area gets. There are flower sellers and fruit vendors everywhere on the street below us. Our office is just up the stairs, away from the main noise of the market but you can still feel the energy of the place. We handle all sorts of advertising work from this small space. It is often filled with rolls of paper, samples, and different design sketches lying around. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The wooden stairs are a bit creaky, but they have stayed strong. Basavanagudi has a very traditional feel and we try to stick to that. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk. Most of our clients are local shop owners from the bazaar who just want a sign or a flyer made up quickly. We sit by the windows and watch the crowds while we work on our layouts. It is a great spot to be because there is always something happening outside. Sometimes we lose track of time because the bazaar is so lively. We just do our bit to help local businesses get noticed. It is simple work but it keeps us very busy every day. Most of our business comes from people just dropping in while they shop.
