Ashok R Reddy

Ashok R Reddy is the name of my business, and we operate out of number 8 Sanjay Nagar on Kumbingal Road. You can find us right by the bus stop, which is very convenient for anyone taking public transport. We are also tucked just behind Vaibhav Theatre. It’s a lively spot to be in, especially in the evenings when a movie is letting out. My workspace is pretty basic. I have a few desks and some filing cabinets. Most of what I do involves local services and helping people navigate various processes. It’s a one-man show mostly, though I have someone who helps out with the errands. I didn't want a fancy office in a glass building because that’s not who my customers are. Most of the people who come here are from the surrounding blocks in Sanjay Nagar. They know me as a neighbor. We talk about their needs without any complicated jargon. If a task is going to take a week, I tell them it will take a week. I don't like making promises I can't keep. The office can get a bit cramped when more than two people are inside, but we make it work. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. Being near the bus stop means I see a lot of the world passing by my window every day. It’s been my routine for years, and I’m quite content with how things are.
