Ashok Kumar K R is based at 18 B Jayanagar Majumdar Wada, which is on Pratap Road in the building known as Lucky Paradise. It is a name that always makes people smile when they hear it. Jayanagar is a nice area, but it can get very crowded. Our spot on Pratap Road is a bit easier to get to than the main markets. The office itself is not very large. We have just enough room for the desks and a couple of guest chairs. It is a very quiet place most of the time. We do not have a big sign outside. You just have to look for the building name. The walls are painted a simple off-white color and we have some old calendars hanging up. We do not spend money on fancy decorations. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished each day. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound but we have stopped noticing it. My name is on a small plaque by the door. We do not have a website or do anything on social media. We just talk to the people who come by. We have some tea in the morning and try to stay organized. It is just a basic local setup. We have been here at 18 B for a while and we plan to stay. Most of the neighbors know us by now and stop to say hello.
