Ashirvad Assoicates

Ashirvad Associates is located inside the Swapna Shilp Society in Banashankari. We’ve been operating from here for several years. We mostly help people with property matters and some legal documentation that comes with it. It’s a quiet office because it’s inside a residential society, which we like. Most of our clients are neighbors or people from around Banashankari. We handle things like sale deeds, tax papers, and checking property titles. It’s a lot of visits to the government offices and waiting in lines. We do the running around so other people don't have to. We aren't a big law firm, just a small group of associates who know the local system. Our desk is usually covered in stamps and heavy registers. We explain the steps to people who are buying their first home. It can be a nervous time for them, so we just sit and talk through the papers. We don't charge crazy fees, just enough to keep the office open and pay for our time. Sometimes we have tea with our clients while we wait for a printer to finish. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We just want to get the work done right so there are no problems later on. It’s a simple way to help the community around here.
