The office is full of old flight schedules and stacks of papers. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look things up for them. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit loud, but we manage it. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We're just a small team that knows the travel business well enough. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just help people get from one place to another. Some days are better than others, especially when the booking systems are being difficult or the power goes out for a bit.
