As A Hr Admin Manage

We’re located over in HBR Layout at No 20, on the 3rd Main, 3rd Cross. The building is called Sai Krupa. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on HR and admin stuff. Being an HR admin manager involves a lot of things people don't really see. It’s a lot of spreadsheets, checking IDs, and making sure everyone gets paid on time. We don't have a giant lobby or a receptionist. It’s just a small setup in Bangalore-45. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboard. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks too much, or the delivery guy can’t find the cross street, but we’re used to it. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. We just handle the business side of things so others don't have to worry about them. It’s mostly about being organized and keeping track of the small details. If a form is missing a signature, we’re the ones who have to track it down. It’s not glamorous, but it’s necessary for things to work. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now and we like the pace of it. It’s just a regular office doing regular admin work every day. We try to stay on top of the files and keep things moving along.
