If you are looking for 636 in Jivraj Park, you have to go past the main gate and turn left near the big tree. I have been here in JP Nagar for a while now, running things under my name, Arvind Kumar. It’s a decent neighborhood, and the people are generally friendly. My workspace is just a converted room that fits my needs. I have a big table where I spread out all my projects. Sometimes it looks like a mess to an outsider, but I know exactly where every single piece of paper is. The window looks out onto a small patch of grass where a stray cat usually naps in the afternoon. I don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of assistants. It is just me doing the work that needs to get done. I try to be honest with people about how long things will take. If I can't do something, I say so. I think that is better than making promises I can’t keep. The evenings are nice here when the air cools down a bit. I usually stay late to finish up the day’s filing. It is not a corporate life, but it is a steady one. The walk to the local market is short, so I go there for my lunch most days. Living and working in the same area has its challenges, but mostly it is just very convenient.
