Arvind Global Merchandising is at 40 Jp Nagar. It’s a simple address for a simple business. We have been at number 40 for a while now and we like the location. Jp Nagar is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one so people know they’re at the right place. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and boxes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. We just do the work and are honest with the people we deal with. Every morning starts with a quick talk about what needs to happen that day. We aren't a giant company with layers of management. It’s just us. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when a lot is happening at once, but we always manage to sort it out. We enjoy being part of the Jp Nagar community. There are good places to eat nearby, which is a plus for our lunch breaks. If you stop by Arvind Global Merchandising, you’ll find us usually busy with something but we always have time for a quick chat. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it suits us just fine. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do our jobs well and keep things moving. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes, but we just ignore it. That's just how the building is and we are used to it.
