Arvind (Freelancer)

I work out of my place at No.E-902 in Mantri Elegancy on Bannerghatta Road. It’s a residential building, so it’s pretty different from a standard office setup. Most of my day is spent right here at my desk with a laptop and a couple of notebooks. Bannerghatta Road is always packed with traffic, so I’m glad I don’t have to commute anywhere most days. Being a freelancer means things are a bit informal. Sometimes I’m working late into the night and other times I’m just catching up on emails in the morning. The apartment can get a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs, but it’s where I get everything done. It’s just me here, so there’s no big team or fancy meetings. I handle my own scheduling and try to stay on top of the work as it comes in. Mantri Elegancy is a decent place to be based, even if the delivery guys sometimes have trouble finding the right tower. I’ve been doing this for a while now from this same spot. It’s a quiet enough area once you’re inside the gates. I don’t have a shop front or anything like that. People usually just reach out online and then I get to work. It’s a simple way of doing things and it works for the kind of stuff I do. I just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized.
