We’re over at 17 Mahathma Gandhi Road. You’ve probably seen the building if you walk that way often. It’s the spot for Arvind Brands Ltd. Even though the name sounds a bit official, the way we run things here is pretty down-to-earth. It’s an older building on a famous road, so it has some character to it, even if the stairs are a bit creaky. We spend our days dealing with different clothing labels and managing how they get to stores. It’s a lot of inventory tracking and checking numbers on screens. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. The office has a lot of old files and some samples hanging around that have seen better days. We don't really bother with making the place look like a magazine cover. As long as we can find what we need and the work gets done, we’re happy. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the pace of the street outside. MG Road is always moving fast, and we just try to keep our little corner of it running smooth. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business steady and the orders correct. It’s enough for us to handle the daily tasks and go home.
