Arthen Global Solutions Private Limited is over in the 6th Block of Ullu Upanagar. Our door number is 2176. It’s a part of Bangalore that has grown really fast lately. We remember when there weren't so many buildings here. Now it is quite packed with people and shops. The office itself is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a regular door in a big row of them. Inside, we have enough space for the team and our gear. We do global work, but our daily life is very much local. We deal with 560110 pin code issues like traffic and the occasional water tanker coming by in the mornings. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we have to do when we sit down at our desks. Lunch is usually brought from home and we all sit together in the small back room. It’s a bit cramped but we don't mind much. The work keeps us busy enough that we don't spend time on fancy decorations or art. We have a few old calendars on the wall and some files stacked up in the corner. It is a working office, not a showroom for clients. We prefer it that way because it feels more honest to us. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take a turn trying to fix it. It’s just how things go.
