Artha Properties

Artha Properties is located on the 2nd Floor, near the Total Mall in the Whitefield Industrial Area, specifically at 41613 Koramangala. It’s a busy part of the city, and being near the mall means there’s always a lot of activity. Our office is a simple place. We don’t have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just where we work. We spend our days looking through property listings and talking to people who want to live or work in this area. Koramangala and Whitefield are always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. We try to keep track of it all. It’s not an easy job, but it’s what we do. We don’t use any marketing speak or try to sound like a huge company. We’re just a small group of people who know the local streets. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that it takes us forever to get to a site, but that’s just life here. We have a lot of regular clients who just drop by for a chat or to see if anything new has come up. We keep a pot of coffee going and try to stay organized. It’s honest, everyday work. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation; we just like being the local experts near the mall. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s a good spot for us.
