Arshiya Reality

We are set up at 1577 Jayanagar 9th Block, on 7th Cross. We also cover areas like Pillareddy Nagar and Ombr Layout from this spot. It’s a bit of a mix of neighborhoods. We deal with reality and property matters around this side of the city. The office is just a regular room with some chairs and a table where we can look at maps and papers. We aren't big on corporate polish. We just talk to people who want to sell their land or find a flat. It’s a lot of back and forth between different owners and buyers. Sometimes negotiations take forever and we spend hours on the phone. We know the streets in 9th Block pretty well by now. It’s a growing area, so there is always something being built or renovated. We try to keep our ears to the ground about what’s going on in Ombr Layout too. It’s a lot of legwork, really. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local market. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult paperwork or grumpy clients, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t make big promises; we just try to find a match that works for everyone. Most of our day is spent out and about, so the office is often empty until the evening. We just keep plugging away at it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We just keep going.
