Armen Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is based over at High Point No 4 on Palace Road. You’ll find us in unit 4001. It’s a well-known building, so most people don’t have much trouble getting here. We’ve been in this office for quite some time now. It’s not a very big team, just enough people to keep the phones answered and the bookings moving along. Palace Road can get quite congested with traffic, but we’re used to the noise by now. We spend our days dealing with bus schedules, flight times, and hotel confirmations. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just show up in the morning, drink some tea, and start going through the emails. The office has a lot of windows, which is nice when it’s sunny out. We keep our files organized as best we can, though things get a bit cluttered when it’s peak travel season. We take bookings for all sorts of trips, whether it’s just a quick hop to the next city or something further away. We don’t try to sell people things they don’t need. If a flight is too expensive, we tell them. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’re just a local business trying to keep our heads down and get the work done right.
