Our place, Arjun Tours And Travels, is situated at No.24, Lakshmi Nivasa. We are on Post Office Road in RM Nagar, which most people know as Ramamurthy Nagar. It’s a busy little area with shops and people always moving about. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and it feels like a part of the local community now. The office is basically just a room where we keep our records and wait for the next call to come in. We handle all sorts of travel requests, mostly for people who need to get across Bangalore or head out of the city for a few days. Post Office Road is usually quite active, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We don’t have a big marketing team or a shiny website. It’s just us, some phones, and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with paperwork, but we know where everything is. We talk to a lot of families and office workers from around Ramamurthy Nagar. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We have to keep track of where the cars are and make sure the drivers know their way. It’s not always easy with the Bangalore traffic, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the cars running and the people who use our services satisfied with their rides. We stay busy with the local crowd mostly and keep things simple for everyone.
