Arjun Properties

Arjun Properties is located in the Guru Muttappa Complex, which is at 64/1 in JP Nagar 1st Phase. Our office is a small room filled with maps, property files, and a couple of old computers. We’ve been here in JP Nagar for a good bit of time, watching the neighborhood grow and change. A lot of our day is spent talking to people who are looking for a new apartment or maybe a shop to rent. It’s not always easy work, as there’s a lot of running around and checking on different sites to make sure they are in good shape. We don't have a team of fancy agents in suits; it’s just us local folks who know the landlords and the area. The complex can get a bit crowded on the weekends, but we usually have someone in the office to answer questions. We try to keep our records straight, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, just a reliable place where people can go to find out what’s available nearby. It’s a pretty basic setup. We have some chairs for visitors and a big map of the phase on the wall so we can show people where things are located. We just take things one day at a time here. We have some old photos of the neighborhood on the wall too.
