Arjun Infotech

We are located on the ground floor of Spa Plaza, right across from Luciya International in Bangalore City. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving through all the time. Our shop, Arjun Infotech, is usually buzzing with the sound of printers and computers. We don't have much of a lobby, just a counter where people can drop off their gadgets for us to look at. Most days are spent hunched over a workbench with small tools and a magnifying glass. It’s tedious work, but someone has to do it. The shop gets a bit warm in the afternoons when all the machines are running at once and the sun hits the front window. We usually have a half-eaten lunch sitting somewhere near the back because things get busy and we forget to finish. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We have posters on the walls that have been there for years and the floor has seen better days. Customers come in with all sorts of problems, some easy to fix and others that take us all day to figure out. We just try to be honest about how long it’s going to take. Sometimes the parts we need take a few days to arrive, which can be frustrating for everyone. But that’s just part of the IT life here in the city. We’re just a small team trying to keep up with all the new technology that comes out every month.
