We are located at 440 RBI Layout in JP Nagar 7th Phase, right here in Bangalore. Arisglobal Software Pvt Ltd is where we spend most of our waking hours. The office is on the 2nd Main, near the corner of 7th Main. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood with plenty of trees and the usual traffic jams nearby. We spend our time writing code and fixing bugs. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and drinking tea. The office can get a bit messy with cables and extra keyboards lying around, but we manage. We’re not a huge corporate giant with glass walls; it’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is pretty standard around here. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Most days involve a lot of quiet concentration punctuated by the occasional loud discussion over a technical problem. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the software and making sure it works the way it’s supposed to for the people who use it. It's a steady job in a busy part of the city, and we're just glad to be part of the tech scene here. Most of us take the metro or ride bikes to get here, trying to avoid the heavy traffic.
